Medicaid

Hart Dental Hygiene affiliated offices are proud to be a Medicaid provider, and we are proud to serve our patients. Our mission is to keep preventive oral healthcare accessible for as many people as possible. Our staff members are well-versed in confirming coverage, but we also encourage patients to familiarize themselves with their benefits. Dentauest is the largest administrator for Medicaid dental benefits. Questions about your coverage, plan, eligibility, and activation should be directed to them for the most accurate answers.

Q: What if I miss an appointment?
A: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a missed appointment fee, and future appointments may require pre-payment. We encourage you to notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Appointment Scheduling & Timeliness

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but it is essential to respect the scheduled appointment times. Arriving on time allows us to provide the best care possible, minimizes wait times for other patients, and helps us maximize the use of available appointments. Failure to keep scheduled appointments or arrive on time may result in a missed appointment fee or a requirement to reschedule.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can still accommodate other patients.

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any charges.
